The opening of Grafton Bridge, it was constructed of Ferro Concrete and was the longest three-hinged arch in the world.

1911
The Auckland Town Hall was completed and officially opened on the 14th
December 1911.

1912
The ferry building was complete.
456-486 Queen Street The last shops in the Terrace were designed, the first being designed back in 1908. They formed the longest row of Terraced shops in Auckland.
The Chief Post Office was opened.

1913
29th April HMS New Zealand visit Auckland, a big welcome was put on and 94600 people were reported to have visited the Auckland Harbour.
1st December The Auckland Exhibition opened its doors it was proof of the commercial and industrial advancement of the city and province.

1914
The Hobson Street Tepid baths were opened on December 17th .
